PAYMENT
A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total cost is due upon booking. Date and time are not reserved until the retainer is received. The remaining amount is due 30 days in advance of Client’s event. There is a $200 per hour fee based on standard rates for additional use of the photo booth in excess of the agreed upon service period. Additional fee applies for discounted rates. Payment must be made before additional hours are provided.
EVENT DATES, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Any request for a date change is subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the non-refundable reservation fee shall be forfeited and the event cancelled. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the non-refundable reservation fee is forfeited. If the event is cancelled within 15 days or less of the event date, the entire rental fee is forfeited.
SPACE & POWER
Client will arrange for an appropriate space at event’s venue. Client is responsible for providing power (120V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet) and placement of the equipment within 20’ of the outlet. Outside placement is acceptable for the Open Air Photo Booth and Classic Photo Booth. Client is responsible for providing shelter in the case of inclement weather or we will be unable to provide services.
PERSONALIZED GRAPHICS, PHOTO OPTIONS
All personalized graphic designs must be finalized 10 days prior to event with a maximum of three design rewrites. If the personalized graphics and photo options have not been finalized 10 days prior to the event, the default settings of duplicate 2x6 prints in color with no personalized graphics will be used.
IDLE TIME FEE
An idle time fee of $35 per hour applies if Photo Booth needs to be set up more than one hour before your rental start time.
TRAVEL FEE
A travel fee of $0.50 per mile will apply to any venue outside of Charleston County.
DAMAGE TO PROVIDER’S EQUIPMENT & INDEMNIFICATION
Client acknowledges responsibility for any damage or loss to Provider’s equipment caused by misuse of the equipment by the Client or the Client’s guests. Client will indemnify Provider against any and all liability related to Client’s Event during or after Client’s event. Client will indemnify Provider against any and all liability associated with the use of pictures taken within the Photo Booth at Client’s event.
CHARLESTON PARTY BOOTH LLC AGREES TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE.
